The Arab and African Youth Council invites filmmakers and creatives to participate in the Khartoum International Mobile Cinema Festival – 3rd Edition 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to support creative expression and provide platforms for emerging cinematic voices.
The festival aims to encourage film production using mobile phones, reflecting contemporary digital transformations and expanding opportunities for participation, particularly among young filmmakers from Sudan and beyond.
The Council confirmed that submissions are still open. Documentary and narrative films produced using mobile phones are accepted as part of the current festival edition. The submission deadline is 22 January 2026.
